Summarized Accountability
As Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serve as a crucial bridge between the HR function and the sales organization, particularly sales leaders and associates. Align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring that HR practices support the overall goals of the company.
Reports To Deputy General Manager Human Resources
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnering: Collaborating with regional sales leadership to align human resources strategy with region and business objectives. Gain business acumen through market visits and product knowledge to enable flawless implementation of people strategies in alignment with business goal.
Talent Acquisition & On-Boarding:
o Setting and achieving targets for metrics such as time-to-fill (Bench Strength 96%), cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
o Focus on providing a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, to enhance the employer brand.
o Talent Pipeline Development by building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, both active and passive.
o Continuously improving the onboarding process to enhance new hires' integration, engagement, and productivity.
Training and Development: Assessing training needs and ensuring alignment with business goals, often in partnership with talent management and Sales Capability building teams.
Compensation and Benefits: Guiding the sales team on compensation strategies and benefits administration to attract and retain top talent.
Talent Management: Identifying and developing key talent, including career planning and workforce capability enhancement.
Change Management & Communication: Leading and managing business change initiatives to drive organizational transformation and growth.
Performance Management: Providing guidance on performance management processes and helping to resolve related queries and increase the effectiveness / quality of Objective Setting and Performance.
Associate Experience: Designing and driving initiatives to foster a positive work environment and high levels of associate engagement.
HR Analytics: Maintain and analyses the attrition rate for respective zones and build an action plan to optimize engagement, assesses associate engagement, and overall experience within the company. Helps assess the efficiency of recruitment efforts and budget allocation.
HR Operations: Overseeing day-to-day HR operations with focus to support associate life cycle as associate relations, managing their queries, provide assistance during internal & statutory audits, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, associate safety, handling disciplinary needs, process exit formalities for associates.
Experience & Education
Master in Human Resources from renowned University
Minimum 8 - 10 years experience in Human Resources, including experience as HRBP for minimum 5-6 years
Functional Requirements
Possess good communication & interpersonal skills.
Be agile and decisive.
Willing to travel.
Fluent in English & Local Communication
