Provides administrative support to assigned Recruiter.
Facilitate all aspects of the Company hiring process from application to interview to offer.
Performs reference checks, drug screens. Evaluate incoming applications and leads. Screen candidates, update database, and disperse leads to recruiter.
Assist in managing candidates files including collecting documents and ensuring items meet Company and Client requirements.
Utilize internal systems for accurate and current record-keeping of all candidate files.
Assists Recruiter to get candidates Ready to Sell, including conducting reference checks and license verification.
Assist Recruiter with preparation of candidate submission packages.
Manage the onboarding process / paperwork of potential candidates
Conduct VMS submissions and related activities.
Assist with credentialing, housing, and time sheet processes as required.
Creates a seamless experience for Travel RNs through multiple modes of communication: phone, email, text
Adheres to a culture of professionalism, operational excellence, and drives for results.
Prioritizes changing demands, multi-tasks, and creatively meets deadlines in a dynamic but independent environment.
Assumes and executes additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of administrative and office experience required. US Nurse staffing compliance / credentialing experience is a MUST !
