Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate Bachelor's Degree

Diploma Diploma in (ECE)

BEE Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (B.E.E.)

B-Tech in Electronics & Communications Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)

Minimum Five Years exp of repair , Production and handling the team.

Key Responsibilities

1.Lead and manage a team of repair technicians, assigning tasks based on skill sets and workload.

2.Provide on-the-job training and performance feedback to team members.

3.Foster a culture of safety and quality within the team.

4.Address performance issues and resolve team conflicts.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of industrial machinery, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.

14Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
