Key skills for the job
• Achieve Sales & Collection Targets for the region as budgeted.
• Lead and motivate the Sales & BD team to achieve targets as assigned
• Maintain the ASP and DSO as per the Budget plan for the region
• Establish & Maintain relationships with key influencers such as Architects, Designers, Engineers, Developers, MEP/PHE consultants, plumbing contractors, etc
• Establish and manage the optimal channel strategy, in accordance with corporate and regional sales goals, programs and policies.
• Educate the market and ensure stringent specifications
• Provide insights on regional sales trends, sales potentials, competition and economic/business conditions and distributors purchase/sales penetration performance.
• Generate a strong and sustainable project funnel to secure both short as well as long term goals of the Organization.
• Participate in relationship building industry events, trade shows, associations, affiliations etc. Follow up on all leads generated that apply all relevant stakeholders
• Attend and participate in Company sales meeting and trade or industry meetings, shows and conventions to increase knowledge of Sloan plumbing products, improve selling techniques and cultivate good working relationships with distributors and product users.
• Perform any assignments given by the company.
