Api Automation Tester

Role & responsibilities

• 2+ to 3 years total experience on API automation testing using Postman
• Collaborate with business analysts and development team members to understand API requirements and create test cases.
• Strong knowledge on integration of automation scripts and results with Xray Test management tool.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Playwright, Typescripts, Python or JavaScript is a plus.
• Design, develop, and execute automated tests using API automation tools using Postman and frameworks Identify defects and report them to the development team.
• Work experience working in Safe Agile.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans and test cases.
• Work with project managers to ensure that testing activities are aligned with project schedules and timelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with Dev team and ensure delivery is not impacted.
