AI Technical Lead

• The latest developments in AI/ML and Generative AI
• Hands on experience on Front end (React/Javascript) and DB development (MongoDB/PostgreSQL/Knowledge Graph)
• technologies and apply them to current projects.
• Work closely with subject matter expert, and application leaders to continually enhance solution architecture, design, technology standards, policy and governance.
• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, providing guidance on best practices, architectural patterns, and cutting-edge techniques.
• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from initial concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Establish strong relationship with stakeholders at SLK and with Customers to drive collaboration for delivering quality solutions to customers
• Training and Upskilling: Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill team members and ensure continuous learning and development and Quality Ass.
