Team Leadership Manage a team of presales engineers or specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their effectiveness and success
Presales Strategy Develop and implement presales strategies to support sales targets and overall business goals
Customer Engagement Engage with potential customers during the pre-sales process, understanding their needs, and providing technical solutions and demonstrations
Solution Presentations Lead product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, functionalities, and benefits of the company's products or services
Technical Expertise Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings, staying up-to-date with product updates, enhancements, and industry trends
Sales Support Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing technical support and addressing customer inquiries to drive successful sales outcomes
Proposal Development Assist in developing customized proposals and solutions to meet customer requirements and expectations
RFP/RFI Responses Lead the preparation and submission of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
Proof of Concept (POC) Oversee and coordinate the creation and execution of proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions
Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to foster trust and confidence in the company's capabilities
Market Analysis Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine presales strategies and offerings
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product management, marketing, and technical teams to align presales efforts with the company's overall strategy
Performance Tracking Monitor and analyze presales performance metrics, providing reports and insights to management for continuous improvement
Training and Development Conduct training sessions and workshops for the presales team to enhance their technical and presentation skills
Feedback Loop Provide feedback from customer interactions to product management and engineering teams to support product improvements and innovations
