Sdet Technical Lead

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer/Test leads in Test. As an SDET, he/she should play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by leading automated testing area. Closely collaborate with project team, customer SPOC, architects, developers, leveraging your expertise in automation and Agile practices to develop automation capabilities.

Role & responsibilities

Test Strategy and Management:
a. Test strategy development and execution per client quality standards.
b. Participate in various SAFe ceremonies like PI Planning, ART Synch, Mid PI review and Sprint meeting to be the "voice of quality".
c. Participate in the review of test procedures and processes and provide recommendations to eliminate redundancies and improve efficiency.
d. Collabo with RTE/System Architects/PO and Product manager to achieve the objectives of Agile team.
