Meshing Engineer- (Mesh Modelling Engineer)

Role & responsibilities

Meshing of Automotive Lamps:

• Create high-quality surface and volume meshes for automotive lamp components using CAE tools.
• Demonstrate proficiency in generating and optimizing tria and tetra meshes for complex automotive lamp geometries.

Quality Assurance:

• Perform mesh quality checks (e.g., skew, aspect ratio, warpage etc.) to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve mesh-related issues during the development process.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain documentation of meshing processes, guidelines and best practices.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest meshing tools, techniques, and industry trends.

Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance time efficiency and quality.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in CAE meshing tools (e.g., HyperMesh, Ansys Fluent & ANSA).
• Knowledge of automotive lamp design and manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and able to coordinate with Global Analysis Engineers.
