Process Engineer- (Production Engineering)

Role & responsibilities

1. Feasibility review of parts.

2. Stage wise process design for injection molding process.

3. Manufacturing lead time and cost estimation for injection & blow molds.

4. Prepare Quality plan for product development.

5. Approval of injection & mold design (back up calculations to meet the part dimensions, mold construction, molding machine selection).

6. Manufacturing of tool / fixture / inspection gauge .

7. Track the project progress for mold development.

8. Part optimization planning.

9. Conduct stage wise PPAP.
