HR Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment (30% IT: 70% Non-IT).
• Understanding the IT / Non - IT requirements.
• Owning the entire hiring process starting from understanding the requirements, pitching, head hunting, coordination / scheduling for all the interviews, offer roll out and on boarding.
• Explore all possible hiring channels for sourcing Eg. Naukri, Social Media, Employee Referrals etc.
• Interviewing potential employees and ensuring to bring the best of the breed.
• Briefing candidates regarding the Job Description, Company Profile.
• Maintaining MIS.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong knowledge of Bulk & IT hiring.
• Mandatory experience working on the Job portals and LinkedIn portal.
• Graduates / MBA degree in Human Resources Management would be an added advantage.
• Capability to work in a fast paced high growth environment.
• Should have good presentation and communication skills
