Team Lead - Helpdesk no night shifts

Role & responsibilities

• Manage a team of 4 for incoming calls, escalations and documenting and resolving the same
• Must get updates from the field team and manage the customer effectively
• Must be able to assign shifts, manage absenteeism etc
• Additional responsibilities of managing stock etc must be done with utmost care
• Good communication skills
• willing to work flexibly

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years experience in any helpdesk preferably technical
