Position : Test Automation Engineer.

Experience : 4-8 Years.

Location : Chennai.

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days.

Salary : up to 20Lpa.

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or computer systems engineering, quality assurance engineering, or equivalent.

Work Experience : Five years related design, development, and support experience.

Skills and Knowledge :

Must have experience :

- Open Text tool set, Application Lifecycle Management and Unified functional testing (ALM and UFT).

Good to have experience :

- Automating tests within the WEB application space.

- Automating tests within the SAP space (a Plus).

- Automating tests within the Mobile space (a Plus).

- Automating tests within the API space (a Plus).

- Demonstrated competency using the following technologies.

- Selenium.

- Python (a plus).

- Proficient in all levels of application testing (Unit, Integrated, Systems, and Acceptance testing) to ensure consistent, effective, and efficient testing process.

- Ability to analyse/debug existing automated application tests and enhance/fix in timely manner.

- Broad knowledge of application testing tools with ability to use and apply principles/concepts and techniques of application testing within Haworth's application testing framework.

- Ability to evaluate and interpret end-user requirements and develop appropriate test requirements.

- Ability to design, develop, implement, and trouble-shoot application testing software.

- Ability to determine root cause of automatic application test problems and implement appropriate resolutions.

- Ability to develop technical documentation for training, user procedures, and as-required project deliverables.

- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts, both verbally and in writing.

- Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
