Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing the companys products or services.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor and manage customer interactions systematically, keeping accurate and updated records.
Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships to foster long-term business opportunities.
Achieve and exceed assigned weekly and monthly targets for customer engagement and lead conversion.
Provide regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversion rates to management.
Stay informed about the companyofferings and market trends to effectively pitch to customers.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi .
