Job Role:

- As the Senior Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth by leading the sales team, devising and implementing robust sales strategies, and achieving revenue goals.

- This is a full-time, on-site role at our Gurugram headquarters, where you will contribute to expanding Skye Air's footprint in the hyperlocal delivery and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hyperlocal delivery and logistics market.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.

- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.

- Utilize CRM software to track sales performance, manage client accounts, and ensure timely reporting.

- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in Sales Leadership, Sales Strategy, and Business Development roles, preferably in the hyperlocal delivery, logistics, or e-commerce sectors.
