- Windows Desktop Support/Administrator Should have experience in working with Desktop, Laptop, and software components
- Should have experience in Microsoft deployment tool kit and knowledge about Operating system deployment within Sccm
- Knowledge of Windows Auto pilot is required
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting, VB scripting and Batch scripting
- Efficiently executing tasks which are assigned to him/her
- Candidate shall be flexible to work in rotational shifts

- Good Management Skills Capable of handling multiple tasks
- Handle all IT Hardware Related Issues
- Windows update and staging
- Troubleshooting of Windows 7,8, 10 & other windows related issues
- Installation, upgradation, and configuration of the system with appropriate device drivers and operating system
- Regular maintenance/update of drivers and troubleshooting of all hardware components
- System performance monitoring and troubleshooting user related problems
