Job Title: Finance Manager.

Location: Bangalore (100% Onsite).

Work Type: Fulltime.

Job:

- Manage the overall AP, AR and Payroll function.

- Own monthly close process including treasury, balance sheet reconciliations for both group companies.

- Lead all external audits.

- Build scalable accounting processes including system implementation if needed.

- Manage monthly tax and employee compliances.

- Own FP&A and identify opportunities to optimize spend.

- Monitoring key performance indicators, highlighting trends, and analyzing the root cause of variances to deliver valuable insight and recommendations.

- Managing frequent ad hoc projects to support senior management and business decisions.

Experience:

- Big4 Experience Required (PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, EY).

- 7+ years of relevant work experience in public accounting and venture-backed companies (Series A / B / C / D) in the marketplace or SaaS verticals.

- Experience working with ZohoBooks will be an added advantage.

- Experience preparing and going through Audits.

- Great knowledge of GAAP.

- Experience with international growth and consolidation.

- Advanced Excel.

Qualifications:

- Should be a Chartered Accountant/MBA-Finance.

- Team Structure and Geography.

- Reporting to CEO.
