Job Title: Sr. Sales Executive
Reports to: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sr. Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing secondary reach in designated territories, maximizing product availability at retail outlets, and generating secondary sales from distributors to retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Secondary Sales Growth: Achieve secondary sales growth targets in designated territories.
2. Outlet Expansion: Increase the number of billed outlets, active retailers, and total lines sold per day (TLSD).
3. New Product Introduction: Introduce and maximize the reach of new products in the market.
4. Demand Generation: Generate demand for influencer engagement and activation.
5. Reporting: Provide periodical reports to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
6. Task Attendance and Conversion: Attend to daily tasks and achieve conversion targets.
Performance Metrics:
- Secondary sales growth
- Increase in number of billed outlets
- Increase in number of active retailers
- Increase in TLSD
- New product introduction and reach
- Demand generation for influencer engagement
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales analytics tools
