Job Description: IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter
Job Type: Hybrid (Work from Home + On-site as required)

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
Conduct initial technical screenings and evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Negotiate offers and assist in onboarding processes for selected candidates.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Skills and Qualifications: ✔️ Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in IT/Technical recruitment. ✔️ Technical Knowledge:Basic understanding of IT terminologies, technical roles, and technologies . ✔️ Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ✔️ Interpersonal Skills:Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. ✔️ Organizational Skills:Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously. ✔️ Tools and Platforms:Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), job portals, and sourcing tools. ✔️ Adaptability:Flexible to work in a hybrid setup and handle dynamic requirements.
