Assistant Vice President - Treasure Legal - BFS (5-11 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide legal guidance on all treasury borrowings (domestic and off-shore) from a variety of sources.

- Ability to structure treasury deals from a legal perspective, draft, negotiate and finalise transaction documents with counterparties.

- Comply with applicable laws and policies of the organization while closing the transactions.

- Creating a framework for covenant tracking and finalising borrowing memos.

- Raising funds vide domestic and international loans and bonds.

- Assignment of standard and non-standard assets.

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, partners, and service providers, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Manage agreements related to technology licensing, data sharing, and vendor relationships.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data protection laws and industry standards.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, technology, compliance, and marketing, to provide legal insights throughout the product lifecycle.

- Collaborate with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies as necessary.
