Job Deliverables:
- To manage team of Fraud Risk monitoring analysts. To attend queries from analysts and guide them for appropriate action required on alerts generated. Attend to escalations in fraud monitoring interactions with customers.
- Check and resolve Customer complaints assigned to Fraud Risk Team. Analyze cases for proactive action, perform checker activity for select action taken by Fraud Risk analyst, review documents for reinstating of blocked accounts.
- Track and Action cases received from LEAs/ NCCRP portal.
- To analyze Exception scenarios basis fraud trends / patterns and recommend necessary changes to identify suspicious transactions/ customer profiles proactively.
- Dispute Investigation calls to customers (Desktop Investigation) to ascertain correct modus operandi of complaints received at Bank's end as unauthorized transactions.
- To ensure reporting of Fraud transactions to RBI and NPCI fraud reporting
- Perform Quality checks on alerts closed by analysts. Identify errors and provide appropriate feedback.
- Impart periodic training to analysts and design mechanism to test on the knowledge level of analyst.
- Provide inputs from Fraud Risk perspective to new products / services to be launched by the Bank.
- Maintain Analyst level productivity daily/monthly. Ascertain training needs of Analysts and provide appropriate training / feedback.
- Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Dashboards and share with Senior Management. Documentation of Standard SOPs of Fraud Risk Management department.
- First point contact for Audit related requirements, guidelines from NPCI.
- Escalate required matters to senior leadership in matter of concern/ immediate action required from Fraud Risk mitigation perspective.
