Senior Director/Director - Assembly & Test - Manufacturing (20-25 yrs)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Experience in either high volume manufacturing component assembly engineering or test engineering. Grow the career from equipment or process engineer.

- Experience in data handling, Analyse process/product data and be able to use statistical mode to find the conclusion.

- Experience in operation knowledge (not just engineering but also planning or MFG or IE or quality) but should be heavily routed from engineering.

- Direct the development and implementation of activities in production areas to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.

- Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.

- Plan and coordinate procedures and budgets, making budgetary recommendations and controlling capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.

- Develop schedules and labor requirements for assigned areas.

- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation and continuous improvement.

- Act as a liaison with product design and development teams to ensure compatibility of designs and processes.
