Lead - Operations/Retail Lending - Home Loans & Loan Against Property

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Operations Management: Oversee the entire loan process for Home Loans and LAP products, from origination and underwriting to disbursement and post-disbursement services.

- Team Management & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team to ensure smooth execution of daily activities. Set clear goals, provide guidance, and ensure team performance is aligned with company objectives.

- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve customer experience.

- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Mitigate risks by implementing effective controls and conducting regular audits.

- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Credit, Risk, Collections) to streamline processes and resolve any operational issues. Ensure smooth coordination between teams for seamless service delivery.

- Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Track key operational metrics and KPIs. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on operational performance, challenges, and improvements.
