Head Underwriter - Vehicle

Job Purpose Statement:

- To evaluate complete credit appraisal of Car Loan proposals including credit assessment, document verification and ensure TAT adherence, along with to maintain the Portfolio Quality so as to minimise the Credit Cost.

- Process Head will be responsible for standardizing SOPs across all business verticals. He/she will also review and maintain the central processes repository for audit and compliance.

- He will involve in developing and implementing strategies to improve the processes and organizational efficiency, as well as working with teams to ensure the successful implementation of change.

- Vehicle underwriting and policies team works along with all business verticals and risk team towards building customer centric, effective, compliant and efficient processes.

- Team also drives digital transformation projects and customer journeys to achieve desired business outcomes.

- Team Promote and implement credit and underwriting strategies among various business units.
