- Conducts market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs, competition, and market conditions.

- Participates in meetings with key customers and prospects to propose solutions and enhance customer relationships.

- Identifies new sales opportunities to generate revenue and meet established targets.

- Manages and structures deals to meet clients' financial needs, in coordination with senior managers.

- Prepares credit proposals and ensures efficient follow-up with stakeholders to obtain approvals.

- Works closely with risk management to ensure adherence to credit guidelines and performs credit assessments.

- Completes documentation and CRM updates to ensure process compliance and maintain high standards.

- Sets performance goals and takes ownership of personal development through learning and skills enhancement.

- Adheres to internal controls, risk policies, and ensures compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
