Senior Manager/ AVP - Products - BIL (Business loan)

- This job role will require the incumbent to be part of development and management of business loan products aimed at driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

- The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, risk, compliance, and technology, to ensure the successful delivery of business loan products that meet market needs and align with the company's objectives.

- Be part of development of business loan products (e.g., term loans, working capital loans, lines of credit, etc.) based on customer insights, market trends, and business objectives.

- Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to define product roadmaps and make strategic recommendations for new products or product enhancements.

- Define product features, pricing, terms, and policies that align with customer needs while adhering to regulatory guidelines and business objectives.

- Manage product requirements, business cases, and implementation plans for new products or modifications.

- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless product development, implementation, and adoption.

- Ensure that business loan products comply with all legal and regulatory standards, including fair lending, anti-money laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

- Track and report on the financial indicators of business loan products.
