Head - Onboarding & Settlement Reconciliation Operations - Banking (8-23 yrs)

- Prepaid Card Operations: Manage INR and Forex prepaid card operations, including issuance, reconciliation, settlement, KYC compliance, dispute management, and cross-currency transactions.

- Transaction Processing: Authorize high-value transactions above set thresholds across branches and categories.

- Card Loyalty Program: Manage card loyalty programs, including voucher issuance and point redemption for Debit Cards.

- Process Migrations & System Implementations: Lead migrations such as NACH from CBS to Flux, NEFT from Core Banking to EPH Payments Hub, and CRM migration from Talisman.

- Robotics Implementation: Drive automation for Salary, Bulk NEFT, RE-KYC, and CRM processes through robotics.

- Business Continuity Planning: Establish and manage a BCP center in Chennai for Liability operations.

- Current Projects: Oversee migration of prepaid card switch from YSE to Euronet and implementation of new Forex Card applications (DigiBearue, DigiForex).

- Government Banking Setup: Develop and set up processes for Government Banking operations.

- Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including RBI Tranche reporting and KYC management.
