Learning & Development Role - Finance Business (3-6 yrs)

- Lead planning & deployment of learning strategy for Finance business.

- Work with business stakeholders to drive key performance metrics of frontline talent through learning solutions

- Track & measure business impact of learning interventions in line with business priorities

- Design innovative methodologies to drive capability building for higher productivity

- Build functional & behavioural capability of reportee to succeed in their current role

- Manage key stakeholders to help the reportee navigate through & deliver on their agenda

- Build systems & processes like in-house trainer pool and assessment frameworks that deliver a consistent & supportive learning experience
