DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline (8-12 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, system administration, and configuration management.

- Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based systems, including performance monitoring and security hardening.

- Work with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to deploy and manage infrastructure.

- Implement and manage containerization and orchestration platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and efficient deployments.

- Monitor and optimize the performance and availability of applications and infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of DevOps best practices and documentation.

- Participate in on-call rotation as needed.

- Proactively identify and address potential infrastructure risks and bottlenecks.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends and technologies.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps role.

- Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, troubleshooting, and configuration management.

- Solid experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar.

- Experience with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

- Strong background in administering and troubleshooting Linux-based systems.

- Experience with configuration management tools (e., Ansible, Chef, Puppet) is a plus.

- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.

- Experience with monitoring tools (e., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills (Optional) :

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Bash.

- Experience with database administration.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
