Principal / Learning Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customized learning and development solutions for clients.
• Assess organizational training needs and create tailored strategies.
• Lead workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions for teams and individuals.
• Develop e-learning modules and blended learning programs.
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning outcomes with business objectives.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in learning technologies and methodologies.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor/ Degree in Education, HR, or related field.
• Proven experience in corporate training or learning consulting.
• Expertise in instructional design and learning technologies.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Needs Analysis:

• Collaborate with clients or internal teams to identify training and development needs.
• Conduct assessments and surveys to determine skill gaps and performance issues. Recommend appropriate learning solutions to address specific challenges.

Program Design & Development:

• Design and develop learning materials, modules, and programs, including e-learning, workshops, and blended solutions.
• Ensure content is engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational goals.
• Customize programs based on client requirements and industry trends.

Training Delivery:

• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for individuals and teams.
• Use innovative and interactive methodologies to maximize learner engagement.
• Ensure participants acquire the desired knowledge and skills effectively.

Evaluation & Reporting:

• Measure the effectiveness of training programs using assessments, feedback, and performance data.
• Provide detailed reports and recommendations to clients or management.
• Continuously improve learning solutions based on feedback and evaluation results.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build strong relationships with clients, employees, and other stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on learning and development strategies.
• Provide guidance on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in learning.
