Job Description :

As a DevOps Lead , you will oversee a team of DevOps, release, and site reliability engineers to manage and optimize AWS infrastructure. Your role will involve strategizing future infrastructure needs, managing the existing setup, and creating robust automated deployment pipelines. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of CI/CD tools, building containerized infrastructure, and collaborating with security teams to establish secure, scalable networks within Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs).

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of DevOps engineers, site reliability engineers, and release engineers.

- Strategize and optimize AWS infrastructure for future scalability and performance.

- Conceptualize, design, and implement automated deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

- Build and manage containerized infrastructure using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Collaborate with the security team to create a secure network within AWS VPCs.

- Implement and manage dashboards to monitor delivery, application functionality, and performance.

- Establish systems, policies, and workflows to facilitate deployment rollbacks.

- Maintain a 24/7 on-call rotation for production issue resolution and post-mortem analysis.

- Assist in post-mortem reviews and follow-up actions to ensure production availability.

- Provide expertise in system architecture, process design, and implementation for AWS resources like EC2, S3, CloudFront, Route53, and SNS.

- Experience : Minimum 7 years of practical experience in cloud computing, with a strong emphasis on AWS and public/private cloud platforms.

- Industry Background : Candidates should come from B2C/B2B startups or gaming industries. Profiles from service backgrounds will not be considered.
