Backend Engineer - Node.js/MongoDB (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- On the Backend : Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Node.js and MongoDB.

- Build Robust APIs : Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs that power our AI-driven platform.

- Collaborate with the Best : Work directly with our founding team of product, design, and engineering leaders, contributing ideas and innovations.

- Optimize for Performance and Scale : Ensure seamless performance, security, and reliability in a cloud-native environment.

- Innovate and Iterate : Help define backend architecture, contribute to system design, and continuously improve performance and scalability.

Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience as a Backend Engineer, preferably in a SaaS environment.

- Proficiency in Node.js and MongoDB (or strong backend experience with a willingness to learn).

- Experience building scalable RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating third-party services.

- Strong understanding of performance optimization, security best practices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).

- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments where adaptability is key.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies we move fast, and you should too.
