Java / GK POS Technical Lead

• Assist with cost and efforts estimates based on requirements
• Assisting with the initial solution design and implementation strategy
• Explain GK POS Retail functionality to clients regarding business processes and technical characteristics
• Know, understand and drive delivery of solution architecture based on the client s business process requirements
• Ensure the client s architectural vision is accomplished via the technical specifications and code design
• Lead complex discussions, evaluate options and advice regarding a final determination
• Assist with the technical design, specifications, code development and review, QA, system testing, and user acceptance testing
• Perform solution architecture audits to ensure the project plans is progressing as planned
• Provide better practice business insight to clients throughout the client engagement (from presales through go live)

• 8 to 10 yrs of total experience
• Code development in Java 8
• Design patterns
• Advanced Spring
• XML, JSON, Rest and SOAP APIs
• JUnit is a must (Mockito framework)
• Experience with SVN, Maven, GIT
• Tools: Jira, Eclipse, IntelliJ
• Good understanding of RDBMS
• Dockers ( good to have )

Others

• Xstore, ORPOS, GKPOS or any Java based POS experience is BIG PLUS
