Job Description

Test Strategy and Planning: Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans based on customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Automated Testing: Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using ServiceNows Automated Test Framework (ATF) to validate applications, workflows, and integrations.
Manual Testing: Perform manual testing for scenarios not covered by automation, ensuring thorough validation of functionalities.
Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools, collaborating with development teams for prompt resolution.
API Testing (Good to Have): Conduct API testing to ensure seamless integration and performance across systems.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in ServiceNow testing, with a focus on both manual and automated testing methodologies.
Technical Proficiency:
ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF): Mandatory experience in designing and executing automated tests using ATF.
Agile Methodologies: Mandatory experience working within Agile frameworks, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively in Agile teams.
ServiceNow Platform: Mandatory strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and platform architecture.
API Testing: Good to have experience with API testing tools and methodologies.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to teamwork and accountability
