Role: Lead Learning Analyst
- A Lead Learning Analyst plays a pivotal role in designing, analyzing, and optimizing learning programs to meet learning needs and organizational goals.

Core Responsibilities:
Learning Needs Assessment:
- Identify training needs by analyzing performance gaps, workforce trends, and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning objectives with business outcomes.
Curriculum Design and Development:
- Design and implement learning strategies that incorporate modern instructional methodologies.
- Provide guidance or hands-on development of training materials, eLearning modules, or blended learning experiences.
Data Analysis and Metrics:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Use learning analytics (e.g., course completion rates, assessment scores, and performance KPIs) to recommend improvements.
Technology and Tools Expertise:
- Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), and other eLearning tools.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for their potential application to enhance learning.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work with HR, managers, and leadership to ensure alignment between learning solutions and organizational goals.
- Serve as a consultant for teams on best practices in learning design and delivery.
Project and Team Leadership:
- Lead learning projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
- Mentor and coach junior learning professionals or instructional designers.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on learning science and educational technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Research and implement the use of new tools and technologies in content development.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify opportunities for refining learning strategies.
Skills and Competencies:
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and use insights to guide decision-making.
- Instructional Design Expertise: Deep understanding of adult learning principles, ADDIE, SAM, or other instructional design frameworks.
- Technological Proficiency: Knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms, authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate), and analytics platforms.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders effectively
