Role: Learning & Org Effectiveness
Level/Designation: General Manager
Team Members: Individual Contributor
Responsibilities:
- Manage interventions around Learning & Development, Talent Management, employee engagement, surveys, pulse surveys, and organizational transformations within the corporate center.
- Engaging in talent frameworks, nine-box grids, and L&D models. Proficient in running programs such as stand-up trainings.
- Experience with organizational group initiatives on gender diversity and well-being such as maintaining physical health and well-being within the organization.
- Experience in change management and shaping organizational culture.
- Ability to understand and improve employee psyche through contextualized focus group discussions within a corporate center.
Preferred Candidate:
- 12-15 years of experience in Learning, Talent Management and Organisation Effectiveness
- Full-time MBA from Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges is preferred.
- High sense of ownership & should exhibit strong executive presence as this incumbent will be dealing with diverse stakeholders
