Title: Associate Director / Electric Vehicle Expert Technical Training

Industry: Ed Tech (Automotive)

Domain: Solutioning for Automotive Clients (OEM, Tier1, E-R&D, GCC)

Job Role:

• Collaborate with automotive clients to create client-centric proposals for upskilling

and reskilling in the latest industry trends.

• Responsible for Spearheading Future Mobility Vision at Skill Lync

• Technical Trainings on Electric Vehicles- Powertrain and Components

• Analyse client requirements and design tailored training solutions aligned with current

and future market demands in Future Mobility for OEM, Tier 1 and ER&D Companies

in 2W/3W/4W EV and Commercial Vehicles.

• Work closely with internal/external teams to deliver high-quality and impactful

solutions for Delivery.

Role: Full Time

Qualification:

• B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering with

10+ Years in R&D Design & Development of EV powertrain/components

• M. Tech in Control Systems / Power Electronics / Mechatronics

Job Skills:

• Strong interest in Electric Powertrain and Component Design

• Proactive learning approach and adaptability to new concepts.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Must Have Understanding:

• Understand architecture of Electric Vehicle

• Conceptualization, Layout, Design and Development, development, Verification and

Validation.

• Exposure to HEV/EV Regulations
