- Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events
- Develop comprehensive event plans, goals, and objectives
- Conduct research to select suitable event venues and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Create and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective decisions
- Make strategies with marketing team & PR team
- Coordinate on-site event operations, overseeing setup, registration, and troubleshooting
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and attendees, maintaining clear and effective communication
- Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Must be team player
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good with MS Office
- Self-motivated, confident with a pleasant personality
