- Capacity & Layout planning of new program.
- Capital equipment installation.
- Asset Optimization for New programs
- Preparing guidelines for Equipment selection and procurement.
- Defining Standard operating procedure.
- Cycle time Study & Productivity improvement through line balancing.
- Cycle time optimization
- Layout optimization.
- Preparing process guidelines.
- Implementing Kaizens, SMED etc.
- Training for workmen
