JOB DESCRIPTION.

Job Title: Territory Manager Nagpur.

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager West.

Role Type: Team Manager.

Location: Nagpur (50-60% travel is involved, position based out of Nagpur and has to handle 15-16 Districts based in Vidarbha & North Maharashtra).

Job Responsibilities -.

Distributors offer presentation during the roll-out.

Daily coordination with Distributors based on inputs from DMS Dashboard (retailer order fulfillment ~ 100%).

Market visit based on the allotted task in SFA.

New Distributor search and appointment.

Monthly Distributor Score Card review.

On-field training and hand-holding of FSRs.

Manage escalations related to receivables from Distributors.

Skill Set.

Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Team management.

Solution selling.

Basic understanding of logistics at a distributor point.

KPIs.

100% Task compliance.

Increasing trend of percentage of successful task closures.

100% SOP compliance by Distributors (DSC Score ~ 100%).

No distributor in credit lock.

Education & Experience.

E / B.

Experience of 5-9 years in frontline Retail sales and Distributor management.
