Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the technical support team.
- Provide advanced technical solutions and troubleshooting.
- Implement process improvements and automation.
- Monitor key support metrics (resolution time, CSAT).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams.
- Manage support platforms and tools.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
- 4+ years of Technical Support experience, preferably in a SaaS or Fintech environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
