Biolinx Labsystems - Customer Support Role (4-6 yrs)

1.Attending complaint like Breakdowns, Demo, IQOQPQ calibration, validation of Laboratory Instruments like Glassware washer, washer, Incubator, Biosafety cabinets, Freezer, Deep freezer, Furnace etc.

2.To do the installation as per schedule.

3.To ensure correctness of the instruments.

4.To abide with annual maintenance contract.

5.To collect, analyse customer feedback and identify, initiate appropriate actions.

6.Receive the Customer Complaint by phone call, visits, emails etc.
