Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager with experience in the Food, Fruit & Vegetable, or Agro Products industry. Based in Lucknow, you will drive business growth by acquiring new clients, managing key relationships, and expanding our presence in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the Fruit & Vegetable supply chain using our SAAS solutions.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

- Market Penetration: Expand our market presence by targeting new clients and growing existing accounts in the Agro sector.

- Area Sales Management: Oversee sales operations in Lucknow, manage territory, and ensure sales targets are met.

- Collaboration: Work with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and client feedback, refining strategies for optimal results.

Requirements:

- 5+ years in B2B sales or business development, with a focus on Food, Fruit & Vegetable, or Agro products.

- Must be based in Lucknow, with deep understanding of the local market.

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and expanding client portfolios.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
