Job Title: Project Manager and Executive Assistant to Partner
Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Take detailed notes during meetings and present summaries, minutes, and action points.
- Coordinate with various clients on projects to ensure meeting project objectives.
- Organize sessions and meetings.
- Conduct research on clients and industries to create business reports.
- Follow up with participants in different sessions and track their progress.
- Create templates and formats for sessions.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for different programs.
- Act as a facilitator in various programs to ensure smooth delivery with coaches.
- Create content for the coach for social media and other channels.
- Track the progress of different projects, ensuring timelines are met both internally and at the client's end.
- Develop case studies for program participants and organizations involved in long-term projects.
- Analyze participant feedback and continuously improve program effectiveness.
- Track coach engagement with current and previous participants, enabling further relationship building.
- Continuously update delivery processes, SOPs, and formats in different programs and sessions while working closely with the coach.
- Keep the coach and mentor informed about each participant's mood, progress, and challenges, along with proposed solutions.

3. Startups: Should have gained hands-on experience in various business functions, from strategic planning to execution, and often involves close collaboration with founders and senior leaders.
4. Business Coaching and Training Organizations: Focus on developing business skills create content, facilitate sessions trac,k progress and build relationships.
