Plant Manager

Role & responsibilities

• To ensure maximum efficiency of production time for smooth functioning of the processes.
• Manage a team of technically skilled professionals and employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their development and effective performance.
• Plan and coordinate the production process, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the processes along with complying with relevant regulations and standards.
• Monitoring the production performance and identify areas for improvement along with implementing the changes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and engineering, to ensure the timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Ensure proper maintenance & housekeeping of the Plant.
• Installation of new equipment in the plant.
• New product trials and technology transfer adoption as per management guideline.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet customer requirements

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in overseeing cross-functional teams.
• Proven record of successful plant operations management, with expertise in process optimization, safety, and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly in a chemical production environment.
• Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations relevant to chemical manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, Marathi
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Efficient Time Management and Planning Skills
