The Executive is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities to ensure efficient business processes aligning with company goals and objectives.
This role involves coordinating between departments, managing resources.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and performance.
To co-ordinate for Indirect procurement activities .
To serve as the point of contact for supplier inquiries, issue resolution and performance evaluation.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the procurement process, implementing best practices to streamline operations.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials to optimize stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
Co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Address any issues related to delivery, quality, or compliance
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to understand material needs and production schedules.
Coordinate with logistics and warehousing teams to manage material flow.
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.
Oversee all pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation, ensuring adherence to international norms.
Engage with the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) to stay compliant with regulations.
Manage import processes in accordance with the current policies.
Guarantee prompt and compliant clearance of goods, maintaining strict adherence to customs laws.
