Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant proficient in Farvision ERP software to manage and oversee our financial activities, ensuring accurate and efficient accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Use Farvision ERP software for financial transactions, reporting, and documentation.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records for all financial transactions and prepare MIS reports.
• Assist in audits, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Hands-on experience with Farvision ERP software is mandatory.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Farvision ERP and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
