Job Description
Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our
dynamic team at SKA Group. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of
accounting principles, taxation, and auditing, and will play a key role in ensuring
compliance, financial reporting, and strategic financial analysis. This role presents an
exciting opportunity to work in a reputable real estate and infrastructure company with
strong growth prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
● - Oversee and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts
payable and receivable.
● - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with
relevant accounting standards (Ind-AS/GAAP).
● - Perform variance analysis on budgets and forecasts to ensure financial objectives are
met.
Taxation
● - Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
● - Assist in tax planning and compliance, ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations.
● - Handle tax audits and provide documentation and support as required.
Audit & Compliance
● - Support statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring proper documentation and
compliance with audit requirements.
● - Ensure the organizations accounting processes adhere to regulatory standards and
accounting best practices.
● - Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure timely compliance.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
● - Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making by senior
management.
● - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports that support strategic
planning and financial forecasting.
Stakeholder Management
● - Liaise with financial institutions, banks, auditors, and other relevant stakeholders.
● - Provide financial advice and assistance to different departments within the
organization.
Process Improvement
● - Identify opportunities for improving financial processes, systems, and controls within
the finance department.
● - Implement best practices to streamline accounting and reporting workflows.
Team Support
● - Supervise and guide junior finance team members, ensuring they meet deadlines and
maintain high standards of accuracy and integrity. ● - Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and audits.
Prior experience in the real estate industry will be an advantage.
Key Skills
Technical Skills:
● - Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP, SAP, or other ERP systems.
● - Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions.
● - Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
● - Strong knowledge of Ind-AS/GAAP and financial reporting.
Soft Skills:
● - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
● - Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
● - Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
