Erp Engineer (Civil Construction Project )

We are seeking an experienced ERP Engineer with a background in Civil Construction to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring seamless integration with our civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil construction processes and a proven track record of successfully implementing ERP systems in a similar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ERP System Implementation:

. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Configure and implement the ERP system, ensuring alignment with civil construction project management best practices.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials.

2. System Integration:

• Integrate the ERP system with other business applications, such as project management, accounting, and procurement systems.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all integrated systems.

3. System Maintenance and Support:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure system stability and security.

4. Process Improvement:

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements, leveraging the ERP system's capabilities.

5. Training and Development:

• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure end-users are proficient in using the ERP system.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve the ERP system and business processes.

6. Project Management:

• Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring the ERP system supports project goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the ERP system is aligned with project requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and maintenance, preferably in the civil construction industry.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of civil construction processes and project management principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Certifications: ERP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Associate, Oracle Certified Professional) is an asset.
