- The Manager - Accounts & Finance will play a key role in overseeing financial statement preparation, compliance with tax laws, and supporting senior management in audits and non-recurring events.
- The role involves managing reconciliation processes, inventory controls, and ensuring the company meets all statutory requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statement workings for both online and physical business operations.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Assist with liaising with statutory and internal auditors.
- Prepare and review MIS reports for inventory control, debtors, and creditors.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax laws and GST regulations.
- Support senior management in handling non-recurring events such as GST audits and Income Tax notices.
- Assist in setting up policies, procedures, and review mechanisms for financial operations.
- Coordinate data submissions with other departments.
- Provide support to team members for specific tasks.
- Reconcile books with physical stock/inventory and ensure alignment with GST records.
- Manage monthly GST and TDS compliance.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial statement preparation, compliance, and audits.
- Strong understanding of GST, Income Tax, and TDS regulations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling MIS reports, reconciliation, and inventory management
